John volunteers as a Community First Responder for the Welsh Ambulance Service - he is Team Manager/Trainer for the Denbigh and District Team. His full time occupation is as Critical Systems Manager for the Welsh Ambulance Service where he manages the governance, configuration and development of the CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system - he came from a developer backgrround so this site is his playground for hands on development that he no longer does as his day job.
